Bold but achievable. And what makes us so confident? We began our journey in retail so when we say we understand from a consumer perspective, we really do.

Our Journey

Established in 2017 as a successful multiple Spa retailer we quickly identified the highs and lows of the industry and instinctively understood what we could do to improve and advance Spas at all price levels both aesthetically and technologically to ultimately benefit the consumer. And so, from this simple belief, the long and arduous journey to understanding the world of manufacturing and creating the Crystec Spas product portfolio began.

Fast forward a few years and, with passion, belief, a great team of skilled and dedicated people sharing a single desire to succeed, great things have happened, and now we are making great strides to achieving our mission.
