Crystec Spas, Cyprus’ leading spa and hot tub manufacturer, is expanding! We’re looking for a Factory Team Leader to head up our Fibreglass Department, ensuring smooth assembly and quality standards across production.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support a small team in our spa assembly line
- Train and guide new team members
- Work closely with production management to meet targets
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience with fibreglass is preferred
- Leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Hot Tub Service Engineer to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing a weekly cleaning round, making sure our customers’ hot tubs are sparkling, safe, and ready to enjoy.
What you’ll do:
- Visit customers on a weekly route
- Test and balance spa water
- Add required chemicals and clean filters
- Carry out basic maintenance checks
- Report issues and recommend further service if needed
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Full driving licence
- Reliable and organised
- Good attention to detail
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Experience in water care or hot tub servicing is a plus (training provided)
