Position Overview:

As a Carpenter at Crystec Spas, you will play a pivotal role in constructing our custom spas, ensuring that each one is a work of art. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented carpenter who can uphold our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Carpentry Work: Utilize your expertise in carpentry to construct and install various spa components, including benches, steps, cabinets, and other wooden structures.
• Precision Craftsmanship: Execute precise measurements and cuts to ensure the perfect fit of wooden elements within our custom spas.
• Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate wood types and finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic and durability for each project.
• Quality Control: Maintain exacting standards of workmanship to ensure that every spa meets our quality and aesthetic criteria.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our spa construction team to seamlessly integrate carpentry elements into the overall spa design.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure working environment.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven experience as a carpenter, with a focus on custom woodwork and cabinetry.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of various wood types, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting and working in various positions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Prior experience in spa construction or a related field is a plus.

You will work alongside our dedicated team of professionals to transform our spas into works of art. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented tiler who can uphold our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Swimming Pool Tiling: Apply expert tiling techniques to create beautiful, durable, and waterproof surfaces for our custom spas.
• Mosaic Work: Precision installation of mosaic tiles, ensuring intricate patterns and designs are flawlessly executed.
• Surface Preparation: Properly prepare surfaces, including cleaning, levelling, and waterproofing, before tile installation.
• Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate tiles, adhesives, grout, and other materials to ensure the best results for each project.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring that every spa meets our quality and aesthetic standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our spa construction team to ensure seamless integration of tiling into the spa's overall design.
  Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
