The successful candidate will lead the testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring all products are fully operational and defect-free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the testing of all products for functionality, durability, and safety.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency.
• Train and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Identify defects or issues and coordinate with relevant departments for repairs or improvements.
• Maintain detailed reports and records of quality tests and inspections.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to adjust quality control processes.

You will be responsible for overseeing all plumbing installations and ensuring the highest quality standards are met, while streamlining workflow to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the plumbing department, ensuring the installation of all water, air, and jet systems in hot tubs.
• Supervise and train plumbing staff, promoting best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any plumbing-related issues during production.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain seamless workflow.
• Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and ensure timely reordering.
